WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We operate a no –quibble returns policy and if you return an item within 3 months of receipt, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item (see postage and packing cost terms) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer, no questions asked.
After this period, until the first anniversary of your order arriving, you can still return anything that does not meet your naturally high quality expectations (things like wear and tear are included, though garments that have been mauled by pets, drawn on by nephews, worn while decorating and so forth, don’t qualify).
So if you’re not happy, we will give you account credit for the amount you paid for that item. When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply. Should anything spring a fault in the first 6 months, we will, of course, give you your money back.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T LIKE THE ITEMS OR THEY DO NOT FIT?
No problem. Just send the item back to us in the original packaging with labels attached and, depending on your preferences and stock levels, we’ll either exchange it or give you a full refund. Please fill in and enclose the form attached to your delivery note.

I AM GOING AWAY FOR A MONTH. CAN I RETURN THE ITEM WHEN I GET BACK?
There is no need to worry as you have a maximum of 365 days to return the goods (although this is reduced to 7 days on sale goods so we can get them back into stock before the sale ends).

WHY DON’T YOU ALWAYS OFFER FREE RETURNS WHEN MOST OF YOUR COMPETITORS DO?
We thought about this, but most companies that offer this absorb the costs in other areas – for example putting up the price of their products. We don’t want to do that, so decided to keep things as transparent as possible by letting you know from the offset that it’s our policy to charge for returns. We do sometimes offer free returns during special promotions

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURNS?
We will try to process returns as quickly as possible so you can spend your precious dosh on something else.

The world is our oyster. Or so we like to think. We’d like to embrace the whole of it, but things are not that simple. And our arms are not that long. In the meantime, we aim to deliver to:
UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, British Forces Post Office.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
We aim to provide free postage and packaging on all UK orders. Please contact us for delivery costs to the rest of the world.

WHAT IF I’M NOT IN WHEN YOU MAKE A DELIVERY?
Don’t worry. The nice man or woman who delivers your order will leave a card saying they’ve called, but no one was at home. If you have a convenient shed or friendly neighbour be sure to let us know so the delivery person can leave it there.

EXCHANGES
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unless you have an offer providing free returns (we do these promotions every now and then) then you will have to pay for return postage yourself.

WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR SOMETHING CHEAPER OR MORE EXPENSIVE?
We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one. That seems fair to us. But we will let you know before we complete the transaction.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO EXCHANGE ITEMS?
As with returns, we offer you 365 days to make your mind up. If the human in the office is otherwise engaged (comfort break, feeding frenzy or helping another person) please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
